Our mission
Two facts, put in the same room
HarmonYouth Foundation exists because two things were true at once in Calgary: students had music they’d practised for years with nowhere meaningful to play it, and senior homes had residents who went weeks without anything on the calendar. We put those two facts in the same room, every month.
02Access
No auditions, no fees
Any instrument, any level you’re comfortable playing in front of people. Nobody pays to join and nobody is turned away for not being conservatory-ready.
03Transparency
We keep none of the money
All proceeds and donations go to the hospitals and senior homes we support. Students volunteer their time; nothing is deducted for us.

Five to ten students per show, drawn from a roster of Calgary musicians who say yes to the dates that work for them. No fixed commitment, no membership fee.
